Banana Bread with a Crispy Granola Topping

- 3 medium bananas
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking soda.

Mash the bananas, mix all the wet ingredients with it, stir well and then add the dry ones. Pour the mixture in a greased baking loaf, sprinkle with @purely_elizabeth granola on top, and bake for about 50min at 350F.
